Handmade broad noodles with roast delicata squash, sage, apples & Brussels sprouts
sautéed in brown butter.
Topped with toasted walnuts & parmesan.
Accompanied by Continuity Farms’ lettuces
dressed in preserved lemon vinaigrette. $29

served in buttery shortbread crust with Chantilly cream. $12
